Baku Mathematical Journal (Baku Math. J.) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal published by the Department of Mathematics of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University. The journal publishes original, high-quality research papers in all fields of pure and applied mathematics, as well as mathematically oriented research in solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, and gas mechanics.
The journal publishes research papers of up to 24 pages and survey papers requested by the Editorial Board. Research papers exceeding the standard page limit should be agreed with the Editorial Board before submission. All manuscripts must be written in English.
The journal follows a single-blind peer review process. Manuscripts that pass initial editorial screening are normally evaluated by two or three referees. Reviewer identities are kept confidential from authors. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief after considering reviewer reports, author responses, and the journal's editorial standards.
Baku Math. J. is published semiannually, with two issues per year. Articles are published online on the journal's Digital Commons site as the version of record after acceptance, production, and assignment to the appropriate issue or article record. Published articles receive final citation details and a DOI where applicable.
Baku Math. J. is a Diamond Open Access journal. It does not charge submission fees, review fees, Article Processing Charges (APCs), publication fees, page charges, or subscription fees.
See the Aims and Scope for a complete coverage of the journal.
